Position Overview

Operations Support team members are the glue behind the scenes. Whether it's managing schedules, responding to client needs, or supporting our technicians in the field, you'll help us run a smooth and responsive operation. This is a flexible role ideal for those with a knack for organization and customer service. 

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support via email, phone, and CRM platform 

- Assist with scheduling and logistics for cleaning teams 

- Coordinate supply tracking and reporting 

- Update records and assist with onboarding documentation 

- Escalate issues to leadership when needed 

Ideal Candidate

- Prior experience in admin or customer service 

- Strong communication and computer skills 

- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented 

- Flexible availability and a team-first mindset
