Position Overview

Join Mocha Prestige as a Deep Cleaning & Floor Care Specialist and bring shine and sanitation to the next level. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role ideal for professionals who take pride in transforming high-traffic environments into clean, safe, and polished spaces. You'll be trusted with advanced tasks such as floor stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, and deep sanitization — all with the support and training of our proven Mocha Prestige Cleaning Protocol.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform deep cleaning services including floor care, high-touch surface disinfection, and specialty equipment cleaning

- Operate and maintain floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, extractors, etc.)-

- Handle periodic or one-time deep cleans based on client need (e.g. post-construction, quarterly floor work, etc.)

- Work with teams or solo, depending on assignment

- Follow all safety protocols and use PPE when appropriate

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in deep cleaning or floor maintenance preferred

- Comfortable using commercial cleaning equipment

- Able to work evenings or weekends for specialized cleanings

- Punctual, dependable, and client-service oriented
