Cleaning Technician
Cleaning Technician (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Location: Multiple client locations (varies by assignment)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + performance bonuses
Position Overview
As a Cleaning Technician at Mocha Prestige Cleaning Services, you’re more than a cleaner — you’re a vital part of creating healthier, safer, and more welcoming environments. Whether you're working in an office, school, medical facility, or event venue, you'll be trained in the Mocha Prestige Cleaning Protocol to deliver consistent, high-quality results that clients notice and appreciate.
You’ll take pride in the details and gain valuable experience in a growing company that values professionalism, excellence, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection
- Follow specific checklists and site instructions for each location
- Replenish supplies as needed and report inventory shortages
- Use color-coded microfiber systems to avoid cross-contamination
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, especially when using cleaning agents or equipment
- Represent Mocha Prestige with professionalism and care on every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and a high standard for cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and move for extended periods
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required — we provide training
- Flexible availability for either daytime or evening shifts
